What is Artillo?
Artillo lets you turn your ideas — or your room's unique style — into one-of-a-kind artwork. Whether you're describing a mood, uploading a photo, or matching your space, our AI generates a stunning piece, ready to print, frame, and deliver to your door.
How does it work?
You choose one of two creation methods:
- Match My Room: Upload a photo of your space. We extract the colors and mood to design artwork that fits your style.
- From Description: Describe your idea or feeling, and we'll generate a matching piece in your chosen style.
Once you love it, you can print it, frame it, and make it yours.
🔹 CREATION & GENERATION
Can I preview the artwork before I buy?
Yes. You'll always see a preview before deciding to print. You only pay when you choose to print and ship.
Is the artwork unique?
Each piece is generated based on your input, but it may not be completely one-of-a-kind in a legal or copyright sense. Once printed, though, it becomes a one-of-one collectible through Artillo.
Can I upload a picture of someone or a pet?
Soon! We're adding a "paintover" feature that lets you insert people or pets into timeless artwork styles. Watch this space — and join our email list for early access.
🔹 PRINTING & DELIVERY
What print options do you offer?
You can choose:
- Sizes: A4 to A1
- Formats: Canvas, framed canvas, museum-grade paper, matte or glossy
- Frames: Black, white, natural wood — matched to your style
All printing is handled by our global print partner and shipped directly to you.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on location. We'll send tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
🔹 RETURNS, DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
Can I return or get a refund?
Because each piece is custom-made, we only offer refunds or replacements for:
- Prints that arrive damaged
- Orders with defects or print errors
- Delivery issues (lost or unfulfilled orders)
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
What if I just don't like how it looks?
We get it — art is personal. But since every piece is made just for you, we can't offer refunds for creative preference. Please preview carefully before ordering.
What if I damage it myself after it arrives?
Unfortunately, we can't replace or refund artwork that's damaged after delivery. That includes damage from unpacking, framing, hanging, or environmental factors. We recommend opening and handling your piece with care.
🔹 OWNERSHIP, MINTING & RECREATION
Do I own the art I create?
You own your original inputs (photos, prompts), and the printed artwork is yours to display, gift, or resell physically.
We retain the right to:
- Display it in our public gallery (unless you opt out)
- Mint it on a blockchain for timestamping/provenance in future
- Contact you if someone wants to buy it or recreate something similar
Will I get royalties if someone buys something inspired by my piece?
Possibly. If your piece gains attention or inspires similar creations, we may contact you to offer a resale opportunity, licensing deal, or royalty-based reward. You can opt out anytime.
🔹 ACCOUNT & EMAIL
Why do you ask for my email before generating art?
We use your email to:
- Personalize currency and shipping options
- Save your artwork preview in case you want to revisit
- Occasionally send creative tips, offers, or drop invites (you can unsubscribe anytime)
