1. Introduction

Welcome to Artillo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services—including the purchase of AI-generated artwork or prints—you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of Artillo in accordance with Irish, EU, and applicable global laws, including the GDPR and relevant consumer protection frameworks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site. By using Artillo, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

3. Use of Service

Artillo enables users to:

• Upload room photos or enter prompts to generate AI-based artwork
• Customize, preview, and order printed formats
• Optionally license their printed piece for public resale via third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy)

You agree not to use our platform to create or distribute:

• Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
• Content impersonating individuals, public figures, or brands

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

You retain ownership of the original prompts or images you submit.

By generating and/or printing artwork using Artillo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• Display, promote, publish, and list your printed artwork for resale (e.g., on Etsy)
• Modify titles, descriptions, tags, and mockups for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works, remixes, or marketing content derived from your artwork

Unless you notify us in writing before or during purchase, you consent to your printed artwork being publicly listed for resale under the Artillo brand. Artillo retains full discretion over resale pricing, visibility, and takedown policies. Any royalties offered are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

You do not gain any rights or licenses to Artillo's technology, system designs, or branding by using the service.

5. One-of-One Print Policy

When you print a piece using Artillo:

• It is treated as a one-of-one personal print
• However, we may list that piece for resale unless you opt out
• We will not reprint your piece for other buyers under your name without additional authorization

You may not duplicate or mass-produce Artillo-generated pieces without our written permission.

6. Payments, Refunds & Fulfillment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to both our pricing at the time of purchase and Stripe's terms.

Due to the personalized nature of AI-generated art, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If so, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, including providing photographic evidence.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the AI output.

7. GDPR & Data Use (EU Compliance)

We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection laws.

Data We Collect:

• Your email address and any other contact details you provide
• Order data and AI generation inputs
• Uploaded images or other content submitted to Artillo

Purpose of Data Collection:

• To process orders and provide customer service
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.)
• To deliver occasional marketing messages, product announcements, and offers
• To contact you regarding resale listings, royalty eligibility, or affiliate opportunities
• For internal analytics to improve our service

Your Rights:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the provided links or by contacting us
• Request a full export of your data

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared only with our fulfillment and communication service providers (e.g., Stripe, Printful), all of which are GDPR-compliant.

8. Email Usage & Consent

By submitting your email or placing an order, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.)
• Occasional marketing communications (promotions, product news, etc.)
• Direct follow-ups regarding product feedback, resale-related inquiries, royalty eligibility, or affiliate program opportunities

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications at any time. However, we reserve the right to contact you regarding critical updates, order-related issues, or matters affecting the resale of your purchased artwork.

9. Third-Party Services & Resale Platforms

Our service relies on third-party providers including Printful, Stripe, and, where applicable, platforms like Etsy. By using Artillo, you agree to abide by their terms.

You may not independently list, resell, or claim Artillo-generated artwork on any platform without prior written permission. Artillo reserves the right to enforce removal or takedowns of unauthorized listings.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Artillo shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ireland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws for non-EU residents.

11. Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

Artillo™ is the trade name under which our services are offered. All branding, logos, and technology associated with Artillo are the property of TEO Consulting Ltd. (additional company details are available upon request.)

You may not use our brand assets without our prior written consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email where applicable.
